4th time seeing the Lion King
I saw the show at Bob Carr before, and I loved it just as much as when I saw Silversun Pickups. I must say that the understudy for Mufasa was playing the part the night I attended. Though he had a very good voice, it was not deep enough for this part and rendered the part of Mufasa unbelievable to me. His voice was superb, but not booming or deep like the other 3 gentlemen I saw before. It took much of the strength away from him, a major flaw in my opinion. I wish I could compare him to the gentleman who usually plays Mufasa.
